Monday: Time For Some Helpful Tips

It’s the all-brand-new-shiny Monday again dear friends..

Macam biasa, hari Isnin adalah penghulu hari bekerja dalam satu minggu..memang sabtu lepas ada gak buat keje tapi itu tak kira..sebab keje di hari sabtu adalah untuk menyelesaikan kerja yang tertunggak minggu lepas nyer.

Macam biasa juga, hari Isnin perlukan kekuatan motivasi yang tinggi untuk memulakan langkah kerja. Tapi, penah tak terfikir rasa bosanlah kalau every week nak kena ada Monday Blues (MB)? apa penting sangat ke cik MB tu sampai nak kena war-war kan setiap Isnin? Tak, kan…it’s all in your mind sebenarnya. Kalau minda kata tak perlu, maka tak perlu lah..

So, hari ni saya nak share Tips on How To Better Your Mood sebab tak nak lah kawan2 saya rasa mood tak bagus jer hari bekerja esp hari Isnin..ni pun saya dapat dari Pegawai Psikologi office saya (huh hebat tak hebat kerja gomen skrg ni siap ada Pegawai Psiko, >> yelah tu hebat, hebat sbb ramai org keje gomen dah tak betul kot, sampai every week kena remind this psycho thingy<< thanks ada mereka!! kalau tak dah ‘weng’ jugak akak..

okeh..stop rambling..these are the tips:

  1. Think Fast- Study shows that people who read slowly will be more depressed compared to the people who like to read faster. Why? Coz reading faster will develop creativity..when we read faster we tend to predict what will happen next. It’ll boost our neuron in the brain to work easily..<< lagipun kalau fikir lembab2 sgt pun mmg akan melembabkan suasana kan. lagi laa otak jemmm>>
  2. Don’t Dwell on The past- past is always be past. let gone be bygone. no need to keep on regretting the past to destruct your future. What is important is how to not to doing the same mistakes again in the future <<barang yg lepas jgn dikenang sgt. Nak2 yg merosakkan minda, Cuba fikirkan yg elok2 jer. JAdikan kesilapan sbg pengajaran>>
  3. Talk To Strangers- Sometimes talk to strangers will cherish your day. Just talk random things with them. You’ll be suprised how it could change your mood after the conversation. <<cuma pastikan hati2 je dgn strangers. Jgn suka2 pulak nak tegur mamat kutu kat Chowkit tu..silap2 haribulan kena sedas..hahaha>>
  4. Help Other People- being helpful is always good to anybody. by lending your hands. It also motivate us too, if somebody we help is thank us back. <<menolong kan amalan mulia. tak payah benda besar2, benda kecik mcm tolong cakap terima kasih bila org tolong pun dah menyenangkan>>
  5. Be careful Who You Hang Around- being around negative people can equally make u unhappy. So if possible, do hang around with the people you love the most as frequent as you could. <<biasala, kalau kita dekat2 dgn org yg asik suka mengaruk jer, mmg akan terkena tempias jgk sedikit sebanyak kat kita. I’Ve experienced that before..jgn la mengelak terus dari berada hampir dgn mereka yg kerjanya nak mengaruk jer..slowly try to avoid them. For our own sake, it’s good (for me)>>
  6. Exercise- this has been proved by so many studies. no need to elaborate more <<hmm part ni i surrender. mana ada masa sgt nak exercise. masa kejar anak2 tu kat shopping mall jer la exercise nyer hehe>>
  7. Drink Purified Water- purified water contains more oxygens and good particles to our bodies. So drink as much as we can. <<this is true. zmn ni semua org ada mesin filter air kat umah yg canggih kan..so gunakanlah sewajarnya>>
  8. Buy Yourself  A Gift
  9. Smell Something Good
  10. Watch Funny Movie
  11. Don’t Eat Junk Food
  12. Get Some Sunshine
  13. Breathe Deeply
  14. Give Thanks
  15. Monitor Your Thoughts

ehem…no 8 hingga no 15 tu nanti petang saya sambung kalau sempat yer….got to go now!!!!!!
